A bright and friendly singer who loves to make people happy. She started her career on Metube when she was 17 and 6 years later, she signed a contract with an infamous agency in South Korea and debuted as a four-members girl group named LASS on April 6th, 2023. She's well-known for singing both Korean and Japanese songs with excellent pronounciation as she is half-Japanese and Half-Korean, and also having a soft, fluttery, and feminine voice, characterized by its sultry, languid, almost drawl-like lilt and airy higher register.

make a simple self introduction.수찬: Sst! pay attention! Annyeong! I'm SUTAN from LASS, it's a pleasure to meet you. May the universe lights up your path whenever you go!... is that okay? (smiles brightly)Perfect! Can you tell us how did you become a metuber and now a member of a girl group?수찬: oh sure! at first when I was 17 years old, I was obsessed with making anime movie video or AMV and uploaded it on Metube. It lasted for 1 year, and after that I started uploading myself playing guitar and piano, and eventually, I began uploading song covers up until now! Then one of my friends said to me "Suchan why don't you join an agency?" I pondered about that for few months before I finally decided to join STARWAY Ent and here I am, debuted with my friends as LASS!Your impression when you first join the agency.수찬: Truthfully I was scared! cause, you know, some agencies can be very ruthless towards unknown people like me who didn't have any achievement yet. But! the people in the agency are so kind and friendly, and I've been having fun as well, doing projects and such! I guess you can't really judge something before you try it!Do you have any plan in the near future? like doing collab or starring in a movie, perhaps?수찬: 하하하하 perhaps? (winks) I can't say anything as in now, but I would love to do more collabs with my sunbaenim or doing movie project!Do you only do covers and not original songs?수찬: I do make my own songs! but I decided to not publish them before the time comes! I think I made like ... 4? I wrote the lyrics and the music too with the help of my twin brother!Speaking of that, we heard that you have a twin brother? do you mind telling us about him? is he a singer or a musician like you too?수찬: of course I'd love to talk about him! His name is Hyeon-Jun oppa and he's older than me by 7 minutes. We're not identical twins, though, and no, he's not a singer even though he can also sing! he does music and singing as a hobby. Now he's working as a model in the same agency as I do.Before asking, we'd like to apologize if our question might sound insensitive but how is it like living in South Korea as a Korean-Japanese?수찬: oh, don't worry about it! well .. it was for sure hard for me and my brothers to blend in without facing discrimination from our neighbors, friends, and teachers. After all, not everyone was and is open-minded. We were struggling until, wait I kind of forgot. (ponders) I think around highschool that people were quite accepting of our identity as Korean-Japanese. There were still some that kept teasing us but we didn't really mind them, we only focused on the people that cared for us, even now!You're very positive, Sutan-ssi. Thank you for answering. What's your type?수찬: えーーー？(laughs) my type as in romantically? that's not new! but if I have to describe my dream partner, it will be a more mature person than I am, cause I feel like I'm pretty childish sometimes so I wish for someone to balance that out! But that doesn't mean he has to be older! his appearance doesn't really matter but I want someone who's clean and know how to dress properly, and I looove hugging so he must be someone who's huggable and doesn't mind physical touches. AND! it's a point plus if he likes spicy food because I like to eat and make them myself!~Okay, thank you for participating in the interview, Sutan-ssi.
